H&S issues quiz

Hello Community!

I am currently using the trial version with a view to purchasing.  I am creating a Health and Safety module and wanted to include an exercise where the learner has to identify the H&S hazards in a picture.  It includes things like trip hazards, fire door being blocked etc.  I have used the hotspot quiz but I cant fathom how to make it so learners have to identify all the hazards.  When I view it in preview it move on to the next slide after the first click.  I cant find a tutorial for this.  I would be grateful for any advice or if someone could point me in the direction of a tutorial.
