When I published a training in the past, I remember the identifier always being xxxxxxx_course_id. Now I'm publishing some courses, and the usual _course_id postfix is not there anymore. Just the Identifier characters themselves.
Your E-Learning courses authored in Articulate 360 should still work in your LMS even if the format of the course ID has changed.
As for your second inquiry, no changes were announced in our release notes regarding the changes of the course ID format. It looks like this change was made internally, but this should not have any direct impact on the functionality of your courses.
