Do I need to upgrade Storyline 1 to 2? I know about Flash Player 16 requiring the Update 8 from December 2014 release, but do I now need to upgrade to Storyline 2 now that I have Flash Player 17? Our company does not support old versions of Flash, so I can't go backwards to Flash 16. Thanks!
The update for Storyline 1 and Storyline 2 that dealt with the issues of Flash Player 16 should still work for Flash player 17. If you're seeing the error message and you hadn't seen it before you'll want to confirm you're using the latest update of each, Update 8 for Storyline 1 and Update 4 for Storyline 2.
