Having trouble from on publishing procedure on Storyline

Hello everyone, I have this certain issue regarding publishing on storyline, I am working on a learnings presentation wherein in my first project i have able to produce it successfully, but then when I have my 2nd project, I was been into the problem of not having the published file be loaded in the system i am using, I uses same settings and procedure as the first one I have.
What I was able to found out that anytime I make changes and modifications on the storyline file, the file gets bigger though the published output sometimes will just changed depending on the changes I make. I was just having trouble on producing same output that i got in my first project when in fact I'm using same setting for the second project. Can anyone help me understand how to fix the issue.

In addition to to my post, i used a zipped file in order to load my published file in the forceten program that we are using.
hope it will give clarification to my problem on how i used the published files from storyline..

I'm not sure I'm following what is happening with your second file - is it a copy of your 1st file or a brand new file? If it's the latter - it may be a different size depending on what elements you've included (media, text, number of slides, etc.). Typically you'll need to use the zipped version of your published output to load it up to an LMS - and if the second file is larger, you may also want to check with your LMS team regarding if there is a file size limit.
Also, it's worth checking that you're publishing to a local drive without using any special characters, accents, etc. in your file name, and keeping to the 260 character limit for your file path as described here.
