Carlos - and of course anyone else - you might want to check out Easeus free backup tool. I use it pretty much every day to do an incremental backup all project files (to an external drive). The great thing about this is if a file 'goes missing' or I need to backtrack, I just delve into the archive and extract whatever copy I need (all individual file updates logged separately). For only 1-2 minutes of your time it'll save you hours if something goes wrong.
Other than that I use Dropbox (but only for shared resources).
