To revert back to an older version of Storyline, select the Articulate 360 icon on your desktop > select the dropdown arrow next to Storyline 360 > Select Other Versions... From there, you can choose which version you would like to install.
Currently, the app only goes back to Version 3.70.29211.0. Since your request is for an even older version, this is something our support team can take a look at. You can get in touch with them here, but first, I'd like to check if there is anything we can help you with before reverting back to an older version. If you're experiencing a specific issue with a course, I'd be happy to help investigate what's going on!

version 3.66 is not available with the normal articulate installer app (only the last 6 version)
open a support case to get the installer
