I have made some corrections to a course, but when I republish it, the corrections seem to revert back to the old version. For example, on one of the slides, the audio timeline is over in 30 seconds, but on the slide, the end of the slide is about 1 minute. I corrected the error by matching the audio and the timeline to end at 30 seconds, saved the project, and republished, but the republished version does not work. (the preview works fine)
I had the same problem last summer. I was always saving it to a hard drive, so make sure you are as well. I now either always delete the previously published file before I save or I save it with a different version name.
Hi, Pryce - I agree with Julie; please ensure that you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 5 can be found here.
