I am trying to out together a “How To” video. I use Storyline to do a screen recording which also has a step by step breakdown detailing how a potential client could add a door into our system. In one of the slides I would like to have an end-user actually type in the word “Front Door” before they can move to the next slide.
In another slide I would like to use the hover function to display the meaning of each setting when the mouse hovers over it.
Can this be done through screen recording of do I have to import a PPT in order to achieve this?

You could insert a Text Entry Box and when the it loses focus (or presses enter) it can check that they have typed what you wanted before proceeding. You'll have to set up some variables too.
Thanks Jerson for helping out Addy here!
