HELP!!!
I've spent HOURS working on this project. Somehow, no idea how....my base layer is no longer visible on any of the new layers I add. They are completely blank. So none of my interactions are working...please help!!!!

Or even better, attach the .story file here? Because if I'm reading the picture correctly, it shows no problem.
When you are on a layer, at the bottom of the timeline, there is an entry for the Base Layer. You can expand that entry, so you can see all the Base elements, which is what I think we are looking at. You can potentially choose to have them show or not, on an individual basis, without being able to interact with them any other way FROM THIS LOCATION. Their timeline doesn't show, only their name. If you want to see their timeline actions, you have to go back to viewing the base.

Hi Amanda, Can you share if the issue was a bug and support helped? I seem to be having the same issue. I'm new to SL360 so I assumed it was just an error on my part. Thanks!

It looks like Dexter was able to import the file into a new project and the error was no longer present.
