I have 10 layers on the results slide and I want to have 10 triggers so the right result shows for each score....
I've got 7 triggers done, but now it won't let me add the final 3...
I actually create them. fill out the information... but when I click OK... they don't show up in the trigger window... I've repeated them several times...
Thanks, Glenn. I've never seen it before either. I was surprised... I restarted Storyline, but next time, I'll reboot my computer before trying. Anyway, I'm home for the weekend, so it will get a few days rest before I boot it up again on Monday!
Hi John! Be sure that you are working locally as well. If you are having trouble with only one file, you may want to start a new file and import your slides. If you are having trouble with the software in general, I'd advise a repair in case something happened during your download/install of the update.

I've never seen this before.
I doubt this will help, but sometimes SL doesn't behave the way I expect....saving, closing SL and restarting the machine sometimes helps.
It probably won't make a difference, but I thought I'd suggest it.

OK, gang......
I booted up my computer and went straight to Storyline and could add triggers.
closed storyline..... opened it again... and could not add triggers.
rebooted computer, opened storyline and no problem adding triggers...
using Windows 7 professional.
had updated Storyline last week.
I did manage to COPY an existing trigger and make into a new one.
but rebooting clearly helped.
I see there may be another update to make today....
