I made a test using pictures (examples of what passes/fails). It was fine for 2 weeks, now half of my quiz questions won't populate the picture associated. All of the pictures are stored in the same place, so I'm not sure why some will populate and some will not. You can see all of the pictures in the slide view but when you go to preview or publish it stops halfway through.

Is this on your local C: Drive?
Is the file path short and using basic naming conventions?
Working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior and this article further explains some best practices.
