Help please

Hiya. I've taken over from a previous employee and haven't used articulate before. Users having a problem with some modules published in Articulate and uploaded as SCORM files to our LMS. When users get to last slide, click the X but it does not record against their name that it has been completed in our LMS.
I need to get this fixed today. Can anyone help me please & thanks.
* there is a red line after the last slide. When the mouse hovers over is reads EXIT COURSE WHEN THE USER CLICKS. Request for help
1. How do you get rid of the red line
2. How do you get rid of the infinity symbol
I've attached a screen shot of the Final Slide and associated Triggers for the module that's not working and also A Final Slide and Triggers for one that is working.
There are obvious differences in the trigger details.

try moving the complete course trigger above the exit course trigger - SL executes triggers in the order they appear in the trigger panel - so it's exiting the course before sending the complete course data.
