I need help ASAP. I have looked on just about every blog and youtube channel for answers and have not found a solution to my problem.
I have a number of multiple choice questions in my eLearning course however, when the user selects an incorrect answer the 'incorrect' feedback layer doesnt appear yet the 'correct' feedback layer appears???
It gets even worse, when I select F12 to look at/test the particular slide both 'incorrect' and 'correct' feedback layers appear however when I review the entire course CRTL F12 it doesnt work (refer to my issue in the 2nd paragraph). Similarly if I publish the eLearning course I have the same issue!!!!
hard to troubleshoot blind - happy to try and help if you can answer some questions and I will try and recreate what you have.
1. Are you using SL1 or SL2
2.Are you using custom feedback layers or the default SL feedback layers
3. What triggers are on your MC Q slide
4. Are there any triggers on the correct layer, incorrect layer & try again layer (if you have one)?
5. Does it happen on all of your MC qs or only some of them? - If only on some, have you tried comparing the difference with the working slide to the non-working slide?
In addition to the questions Wendy asked, you'll also want to confirm you're working on local project files as described here as working off a network/USB can cause odd behavior.
