I can ask SL 360 to import the question file, and it tries, but then it gets stuck on the Insert Slides screen. No questions appear for import.
I've double checked to make sure that my template is formatted properly, and I've tried the import using both online and offline versions of the files.
That is odd that the questions are not appearing! If you are able to share the excel file with me, I am more than happy to help troubleshoot!

One of my team members figured out what my error was. The Excel file for import had the Import tab last. I moved it to the first position and it imported correctly. I hope this helps someone else!
