HELP SL2 Course Not Completing in LMS

Hi everyone, one of our courses is no longer completing in our LMS. I've tried everything I can think of, including removing and rebuilding the quiz at the end, which is a certification of understanding and compliance.
I've tested the course with the new quiz in Scorm Cloud, and it is successful - completes, shows as success, and shows the score from the course.
I've even tried changing the tracking to a minimum number of slides (about 10% less than the total), and even that doesn't work.
I've cleared my cache and browsing history ... and I get the same result.
I've attached the reporting and tracking screens and the results slide triggers.
Any help is appreciated! Thank you

Weird that it used to work but doesn't now. So it seems like something changed in the LMS...
Try adding a slide after the Results slide. Include some text on the Results slide that tells the learner they need to click Next to complete the course to ensure that they do.
I used this fix for one of my clients. Ending/exiting at the Results slide didn't register with the LMS, but it worked with an extra slide.
Thank you - Yes, I have a slide afterward that includes an exit course button. I'm completely at a loss!
Bummer! I'm sorry there wasn't an easy fix.
Since the previous version worked in the LMS, and the new version works in the SCORM cloud, my best guess is that something changed with the LMS. Perhaps different publishing settings would work. Or perhaps there are some new settings for uploading into the LMS. LMSs are not my area of expertise, so, unfortunately, I don't have any other advice to offer.
