I am trying Articulate 360 and created a course...before publishing it I clicked the only option available in the Tracking option however when we uploaded the SCORM 1.2 package on LMS, we can not track the progress, it shows 0% even after completing the course...what I am doing wrong
If your course is not reporting completion properly in your LMS, one troubleshooting step that you can do is to use a different edition of SCORM to see changing this setting in the publishing options will make any difference. This article explains How to Report Completion and Success Statuses to an LMS, as well as the different learning standards that you can use for your course.
If your course still doesn't report completion properly after using different publishing options, you can try testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior you're experiencing is LMS specific.
