So I know I've asked this question before but I've dipped in and out of Storyline and have forgotten a couple of things...
My Totals slide doesn't seem to be calculating my sliders correctly. I'd also like the Totals slide to reset if the user decides to retry the survey. If you know where I'm going wrong, please let me know :)

You need to change the setup of your sliders, they should have 3 steps, not 5. See attached a revised file.
