Sometimes, very randomly when I edit text I get this screen pop up that is a big red X on a white background, I can undo my work but this takes me back at least two moves. I was saving and opening the file from an external USB drive but have now copied the storyline file to my local desktop and still get the same pop up. (see attachment)
Moving the file to your local drive was a great first step, as we do recommend always working locally to avoid file corruption. I'm thinking the reason you're still seeing this happen may be because some corruption had already occurred in the file before it was moved to your local drive. What I'd recommend trying next is importing all the slides into a new file to see if that resolves it. Keep me posted on how that goes!
I thought that may be the issue but did not want to admit it :-) as jumping from one office to another it was just easier to access the files from an external USB drive.
I have imported all of the slides into a fresh storyline file 'locally stored' and so far so good.

Hi Ali,
I thought that may be the issue but did not want to admit it :-) as jumping from one office to another it was just easier to access the files from an external USB drive.

Thank You :-)
Thanks for the update, Trevor! Glad that you're moving along again. :)
