Help with lightbox Trigger not working

I am having an issue where a trigger to close a lightbox when return button is clicked works when the Menu is turned on and viewed in Preview but when I turn the menu off and publish it the trigger does not work, it closes the lightbox but pulls up an earlier slide not the slide it was lightboxed from.

Thanks for describing the issue you're running into! A few questions to dig deeper:

  • If you turn the Menu off and try to preview the course, does it work as expected?
  • How are you publishing your course? To the web, or to an LMS?

Are you comfortable with sharing your .story file for testing? You can share it publicly here, or privately with our support engineers. We'll delete it when we nail down what's going on!
