"HelveticaNeue" font gets disappeared in Published

You may find unexpectedly disappears of text when you working with "HelveticaNeue" font in courses.
I am working on a course where requirement of client is "HelveticaNeue" font in entire course. Its working fine in preview mode, whereas when we publish the course and viewed on random systems. i found some slides having "HelveticaNeue" font are getting disappeared. It we talk about the ratio, I had tested same course on about 20-systems and i got this issue on 4-system i.e. ratio(4:20) which is 20% of total. Any ideas?
I have tested on Platform: Win-7, Win-8. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Opera.(Updated)
