Hide a caption until tab on screen is clicked

Hi guys,

I know I have done this before but I can't remember exactly how I did it. Something with conditions. I want to have a caption screen that is invisible until a user hovers over a tab/button on the screen. Once they click the button they will go to a new layer/screen.
