If you make the timeline the same length as the video, then you can set a trigger to hide layer X when timeline ends. That would be the easiest. The only problem is if someone interacts with the video. Makes it hard when it is not embedded. You could always put a transparent rectangle overtop of the video to keep users from clicking on it.
