Is this happening with only one file or multiple files? Have you tried importing the slides into a new Storyline project? I'd like to take a look at your file to do further testing. You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

Hi Kelly.

Thank you so much for responding. So I did try to import the slides to a new Storyline project and it does work, but it is too cumbersome to do, as we have many files in Hindi and in other languages. I have sent a support ticket. It is #03493863. Please let me know if there's anything you need from me.
