hospital scenarios

Hi,

I am working on a course for Nurses and other clinical healthcare professionals. I have unsuccessfully and painfully tried to crop and flip and rotate the characters to fit them onto a hospital bed or a wheelchair or waiting for a consultant but I just am unable to get this right. I cannot find any characters, who are in a sleeping position for example so that I can put them in a hospital bed receiving treatment. Is this something that can be created please, alongside other expressions/poses relevant to patients having treatment in a hospital setting?
