Hosting Videos on Google Drive or Alternate?!?

Sep 09, 2016

Does anyone here use Amazon S3 to host their videos to use as Web Object iframe videos?  The company I am building the course for will have 600+ users reviewing multiple videos.  I'm not sure if Amazon S3 would allow me to do the same thing as YT/VIMEO/GoogleDrive.

Does anyone have any idea on the bandwidth limit they apply to people viewing your videos?

Hosting mp4s on Google Drive allows me to insert them as a web object similar to the YouTube method without the YT icon and still go FULLSCREEN.  I can't seem to find anything in regards to their BANDWIDTH limit.  I wouldn't want to send the link out and then get limited.

What does everyone else use?  Vimeo has all the annoying things on the video.  Allowing it to pop out to vimeo, showing the details on who uploaded, a VIMEO link that takes you to the vimeo home.  I don't know if my company will want to pay the business options.

If top notch video playback is important you're probably better going with a third party professional video CDN (content delivery network) like Brightcove, Flo, JWPlayer or similar with their own performance-centric platform.

I have no affiliation with any of these platforms and many different video CDNs for projects
