I don't believe hotspots can have states. I recommend using a Shape with no outline and 100% transparency (not No Fill), and that will give you the same effect as a hotspot with the ability to do hidden and other states. Hope that helps.
I've seen behavior like this before with a video that had been stretched to fill the entire screen. Is the object on the slide you shared an image or a video?
I'd want our Support Engineers to take a look at this, and you can send your file directly to them right here. They'll test your file and work with you one-on-one to pinpoint the cause of this issue.

You have successfully created a trigger in the hotspot. While the video is playing, I can click on it and go to the question layer.
Hotspots are always invisible, you will never see them in preview and play mode.
thank so much. i insert sharp instead hotspot and publish.
After publish i launch story_html5.html but the screen is overlapped. (see attachment)
