I have a single video inserted into timeline. At certain points I have inserted hotspots. When the user clicks the hotspot the video pauses and a layer is revealed showing text and playing audio. When the audio completes, the layer is hidden and the video resumes play until the clicks on the next hotspot. The issue is that the first couple hotspots are clickable and behavior follows the trigger. None of the other hotspots work.

I tried using cue points and adding triggers to them and they do not work either.
