Hover over state doesn't work for 2 of my 7 rectangles. Please help.

Hello, 

I created this table to show that different accounts have different debits and credits when it comes to account balance. 

My intention is for users to hover over the question marks, then the question marks will reveal - turn into either Debit or Credit. To do this, I set all the rectangles on the right column as to have two states: Normal as a question mark, and Hover as the actual texts. 

It works well for 5 of the 7 states, but not for Accounts Payable and Long-Term Debt. 

I checked the states for these two rectangles, and they seem to be set up fine. 

Can someone tell me why they are not working?
