In Storyline 3, when I have hover triggers inside a scrolling panel, the hovers only work if the scrollbar is at the top. When I scroll down, the hovers don't work correctly. Sometimes they flash the state change for an instant, and sometimes they don't change the state at all. I saw similar threads about this for Storyline 360, but it's also happening in Storyline 3.

Sorry that's happening, Laura. We're seeing the same thing in Storyline 3, and we're working on a fix.
