Hi folks, I run into an issue with articulate storyline recently and hope somebody can help me solve it.
I want to attach some job aids to a course. The documents are saved in my local disk rather than an online server. I used the "jump to url/file" trigger and changed the path to "story_content/external_files/xxx". It does not work.

What kind of file are you jumping to? Some file types don't work when tested locally or on an intranet when you preview or publish them.
If you go here you can test how it would function online, as it was intended. Upload your published project and test it out.
Hi Mattew: I want to attach pdf files. Are pdf files compatible with storyline's trigger?
