how can I change output file name and the contents folder

Hi,

I have multiple project and I should put the SWFs into the another project and that software combines each file type into the specific folder: SWFs will be copied in Flash folder, MP3s. will be copied in sound and so on.

The problem is I have multiple "story.swf" files with multiple "story_content" folder and if I change the names manually it wouldn't work anymore. I also changed content of "meta.xml" but didn't help.

How can I change the output folder and filename of the project to something else than story.swf?
