Our quiz questions only allow for one question per slide, so if you're looking to have multiple you'll need to create something custom. Here is an example of how to set it up in Storyline 1, but I suspect this is the video you already watched? If so, and you're still having difficulty you may want to share an example here so that folks in the community could take a look and offer any advice.
