Hi everyone, Somehow I succeeded to shrink everything into tiny, tiny pictures and texts. It´s not the storyboard but everything else. I have tried to get it bigger with Ctrl + but it doesn´t work. What can I do? I have taken a picture and hope you see what I mean.
How did you shrink it ? I couldn't replicate this. I can use Ctrl + Mouse Scroll up and down to zoom in and zoom out the page or the scenes but never the bar. Is it small only in storyline or everything else in windows is also small?
If I only could remember... I have had some problems with activating the account and this happends many weeks ago. It´s only in Storyline. I can enlarge some things by scrolling but not the bar.
You may want to take a look at the trial of Articulate 360 here, or Storyline 3 as we implemented a fix in both of those versions to account for these newer monitors and display resolutions.
And thank´s for answering. I have tried to change the DPI setting but it didn´t make any diffference. I don´t want to bug Storyline 3 or Articulate 360 now, even though I understand I will have to do it sooner or later. Any other suggestions?
The only other option would be viewing Storyline 2 on a less high-resolution monitor. I imagine that's probably not an option for you, but I'd also advise continuing working with the DPI setting as I shared - not doing so has been known to cause things like Storyline UI buttons to be missing or not work at all.
I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help. If you're going to use Storyline on another computer, please also make sure you deactivate it (not just uninstall) to free up your licenses for use on another system.

Are you only trying to resize the stuff on the left-hand side in the scrolling panel?
No, it´s both on the left hand and in the top.

It looks like you're using Storyline 2? Storyline 2 needs to operate with a DPI setting of 100% or 96 DPI. On a high resolution monitor this can make things appear quite small.
You may want to take a look at the trial of Articulate 360 here, or Storyline 3 as we implemented a fix in both of those versions to account for these newer monitors and display resolutions.

Ok. Thank´s for trying to help. I guess I will have to uninstall it and use my old computer instead.
