how do I find original post for a template file?

I downloaded a template file called "Cards_Animation_Example.story"

As I'm working with it, I have questions; however, I'm unable to find the link to where I originally downloaded this file so I can contact the file creator or see if my questions was already answered. 

Is there documentation within the file somewhere I can access to discover who the creator is? or where the original download URL is?
