How do I get to Storyline video Tutorials

Greetings,

Just a few questions:  1) how do I get to the Storyline video tutorials?
    2) On the quizzes can I do the following:  a) house 10,000 questions?
              b) group the questions into categories and difficulty levels and let
                    users select which categories and diffculty level they want (and then

                    have that category and difficulty level randomize?
