How do I present only 1 question from a question bank? - URGENT

Hello all,

I'm trying to present only one question from a question bank, and then move on. When I click SUBMIT on the first question, it shows another question from the bank. How do I control how many questions to show before moving on? Due by tomorrow (Wed 9/28)
