I am new to eLearning design and inherited a course from a contractor The course does not contain sound but all the slides have a sound icon on them and I'd like to remove it so as not to give my learners the false impression that there is sound associated with the course please help?
Hi Brian, If I understand you correctly you want to remove the speaker icon in the lower left of the player. To do this, click the player icon on the ribbon. This will open the player properties. Under controls, un-check the Volume box and the speaker should be gone. Hope this helps.
