I think its not possible, but you can take transparent object on screen, and place it on flash file after inserting it into the articulate storyline, and then give the trigger for that transparent object.
I'd agree with Ravindra's thought here - associate the trigger with a transparent shape or even a hotspot within your Storyline file. Granted, that button or element will need to be available throughout the Flash file showing - as if you've inserted it as an SWF file, it's not connected to Storyline's timeline.
You can communicate both ways. Here's an example of two way communication from a Flash / AS3 object and a Storyline file. Uses variables, variable listeners, and an interval to pick up the value within the Flash file.

Thanks for your help but keeping transparent button will not help me becz flah button is moving always.
I have added Custom AS3 codes inside my flash file and now i can able to communicate from Flash to Storyline.
