Once I read few discussion in this thread, I found out that I need to use Articulate Mobile Player to zoom the viewing. Anyone please guide me how to add the file into Articulate Mobile Player? Once I install the apps, its show no content.
Once you have the App installed, you will need to publish the courses for use on the App. See here for more information. If the course is published with the mobile app option, and the device has it installed, it will automatically open in the App.
Once you initially launch your content in the mobile browser, the player app will be launched automatically, displays the content and from then on it is available in the library.
I just purchased an iPad Air 2 for testing Storyline 2 content. The content runs fine on my PC but DOO DOO, NATA, NOTHING on the iPad. this is so frustrating.
Hello Rick - Does your LMS support Tin Can? If not, you may not want to publish to the Articulate Mobile Player. You can read more in this article.
If it does support it, then you would publish following the directions for LMS publishing here and share the link to the story.html file with your learners. This article explains how that content will be displayed to your learners.

The content will not launch in the safari browser.

Looks like Michael is providing some great assistance here. I responded in this thread as well for anyone following along.
Got everything working fine. It was my ignorance of the Safari browser. I read the manual. All is well.
