I'd agree with Michael that it was likely developed using the Storyline SDK, which will involve a level of comfort with coding and also uses ActionScript, which affects Flash content only. HTML5 content uses its own separate frame written in HTML5.

I'd agree with Michael that it was likely developed using the Storyline SDK, which will involve a level of comfort with coding and also uses ActionScript, which affects Flash content only. HTML5 content uses its own separate frame written in HTML5.
