Good Afternoon- I have a training video currently saved in a VOB format (IFO&BUP files included). It has been suggested that I convert this video into a different file format for use with SToryline.
What is the best file format to use for a video course that has no interactivity? I've looked and cannot see a list of video formats supported by Storyline.

I would use either .mp4 or .mov format.

My personal preference is .mov but I'm a Mac type.
