Which video format works best with Storyline, MP4 or MOV?
The Windows Movie Maker (here at Stanford Health Care they are still on Windows 7) will convert a MOV file to MP4 when saving the file and has tools to rotate a video should it be upside down or sideways.

Using .mp4 allows you to turn off compression to retain the original quality, see here for some best practices.
