I had created multiple select question with 8 options and initial state of submit button is disabled. I want to change state of submit button to normal until user will click any 4 options out of 8.I had attached sample story file. Please can anyone help me.
Check out the video at the bottom of this page. It looks like you're currently trying to get this done with variables, but as the video says, it will be simpler to do it with a single trigger.

see if attached works for you - I updated your file
1. changed your variable p20clicks default value from 1 to 0
2. changes your triggers to add +1 to the p20clicks variable not add 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 that you had.
