I purchased Storyline 2 last year, but stopped using because I could not send it to other staff to view the courses created. I want to give it one more change. What is the best way to send a completed course so that others can view it?
Hi Bernard, I'm glad to hear you're giving it another go! There are lots of ways you can share your published courses with other staff. Walt mentioned publishing to CD, and I also wanted to bring up the other options listed here. If you need any help getting started, we're here to point you in the right direction. Publish for CD, and send them the entire folder that the publish creates.
You can send it on a flash drive, by dropBox, oneDrive, a LAN or virtual LAN, or (if you want to be really wild and crazy,) burn it on a CD.
