I'm making a slide where I have to focus on parts of a screenshot, so I've divided the steps up into slide layers. I need to do zoom regions on all the layers. However, the Zoom Region box is grayed out -- what am I doing wrong?
Also, how do you set up the audio so it keeps playing while even when a learner clicks on an image to see a lightbox?
zoom regions are not available on slide layers. An alternative is to enlarge sections of the image and use that in different 'states' that you can trigger to display.
Additionally a lightbox is showing a new slide, so the audio on the current slide behind the lightbox won't continue playing.
Instead you may want to look at creating a custom lightbox using layers. Take a look at this video (note it's for Storyline 1 but the same concepts should work in Storyline 2, 3, and 360).
