I'm not sure I follow what you're asking about. Do you want to embed a chat application into Storyline? Or something else? If you can add a little more info around what you're trying to do, I'm sure we can direct you to the right resource.
I have a similar question if I understand the original post.
We have a live chat popup on our website for visitors to chat with support and sales etc. see www.learnme.edu.au for the example.
We have code we need to enter to have this popup on our webpages. Is it possible to add this code to the output .html files so that the chat option will also appear on our courses. The code needs to be places between the tags. I have tried this but it doesn't seem to work. Below is the example of the code.
While just trying to open the html files on my on computer it didn't load the chat but one I ran it on my webserver the live chat actually worked. So now students can live chat with support while doing they online course. Awesome.
Thanks Stephen for the update - often when trying to access links within the published output while viewing locally you may encounter local security restrictions. Always best to test the published output in the intended environment.

Hello Stephen Lynch,
I recently joined this network because I would like to help on this specific component! I would love to incorporate a chat to support learners just like the one included at (www.learnme.edu.au ). If you or someone can help me out with this - it would be awesome!
This thread is a bit older so I'm not certain that Stephen is still subscribed, but you may want to reach out to him using the "contact me" button on his profile to see if he's able to share with you.
Delighted to let you know that we have recently launched Project Disha, a chatbot powered e-learning course (in Storyline) on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH).
Wish this (Behind the scenes glimpse of what went into the making of the project) will inspire you to get started in leveraging the power of 'conversational learning' in your learning programs as well.
I have one doubt. Create a drag and drop but I have lot of drop options. Then I have click submit button it's understand all answers drop a correct show the layer correct. In case any one drop answer is wrong. It's show a wrong notification layer. How to create Tigger in submit button. Anyone know please answer that..

Hello Community!

Here's an article published in elearningindustry about this project: https://elearningindustry.com/project-disha-worlds-first-chatbot-powered-elearning-course

Hi, this is Priya.

Hi, Priya, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! ✨
I'm not sure I fully understand the question.
Are you looking to create a Drag and Drop question slide with multiple correct drop options?
If you have a sample .story file you can share, it might be helpful to see your current setup.
If each drop object has one correct drop target, set the correct spots in form view, and it will work.
If drop objects can be dropped on more than one correct target, the built-in quiz doesn't do that. You will need to create your own.
You can find a sample that does what you want, and a variety of other things at this discussion:
https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/drag-and-drop-solution-sample-with-multiple-correct-targets-with-drag-off-and-return-plus-a-lot-more
A lot of the superpowers are in the triggers for the submit button. Study them, and use the parts you need.
