How good is the chat support

Hi all,

I want to purchase Articulate 360. It's €999 for the Storyline 360 and €1300 with chat support. I am totally new.... complete beginner and I probably would need the chat support for the first year. But just wondering how good it is? Chat support can be good, but I've experienced some really bat bot chat support. Is Articulates chat support worth the extra €€€€?

Nope! We're staffed 24/5 by real folks on our Support team, the same individuals who you'd connect with via email. You'll also find our Support team here in the community to answer questions and direct customers to the right Support path.

I will have to say that I used the Live Chat Support through majority of my projects. There has not been one experience where the Support team has not been able to answer my questions. If they are unable to convey my question, they offer to take a look at my project and walk me through the solution step-by-step.

They are surprisingly ALWAYS available, even at the wee morning hours.
