How to make a box clickable again.when we do revisiting to it.
We have 6 boxes on slide , where by clicking on every box some other slide pop up with information .Now when we finished 1st box and move to second box , 1st box becom non clickable therefore we are unable to revisit box 1.We have ot start whole scene to make clickable and go through information on slide.
how we can make all boxes clickable to get information during our revisitng
It's hard to troubleshoot without seeing the .story file, but I'll give it a try.
Best guess: check the Slide Properties, and be sure they are set to "Resume saved state" when revisiting (notto "Reset to initial state").
If it's a trigger issue, you may have to use conditions to ensure that any trigger that disables a button only runs when appropriate.
If none of that helps, I suggest you upload a copy of the .story file that has only the slides involved in the issue. That will make it easier for someone to investigate the issue.
