how to make a button to become disabled on base layer only after answer right on question in other layer

Hi,

I would like to built a quiz with a few button in base lawyer .each button send me to anteater layer with quiz.  i would like to turn the button in base kine to disable only if they answer wright at the quiz layer if not to allowed return to this question when clicking/ how do i do it/

and i can i give point to each group if i have for example two group?
