Hi there, Rajesh! The numeric entry field uses a variable to record information. Variables remember information across your course no matter what. The field (and related variable references) will remain blank unless they are adjusted by a trigger or by typing a value. Once you adjust those variables, they will always show the last value entered.
Do you need to reference the entered value anywhere else in the course? If so, displaying and resetting the default value of "0" will be the only way to "reset" the field, and having a variable that you can refer to throughout the course. You can set a trigger to adjust the variable to "0" when the timeline of that slide starts.
